Welcome to Jefferson Market Garden
A tranquil garden in the heart of historic Greenwich Village, we are open to the public free of charge.
April through October
Tuesday - Sunday
9am to dusk
Greenwich Avenue between Sixth Avenue and West 10th Street in the heart of Greenwich Village.
The Garden remains closed.
We currently do not have a re-opening date.
We are following the Governor's phased, regional re-opening plan.
We anticipate being allowed to re-open when New York City enters Phase 4 of the Governor's plan.
Meanwhile, if you're walking by, you can
take a moment to look through the fence and see the Garden in all its glory!
This beautiful urban garden is maintained through the generosity of its donors and the work of its volunteers.
Become a Friend of the Garden!
