One minute she is in Liverpool hanging out with her dad, the next thing you know Stella McCartney is in New York throwing a garden party at the Jefferson Market Garden for her new spring resort '09 collection. Pals including Kate Hudson and Jeff Koons were treated to an outdoor presentation yesterday in the West Village of her latest holiday wear, which formed part of her new show restructure.
